Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail or in-store with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup.
Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned in-store or online for replacement or refund within 1 year of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please get in touch via bootattoobookings@mail.com to let us know that there is a problem with your purchase.
We will then ask you too;-

Securely pack your item(s).

Post your items via your preferred courier via a tracked service and please keep hold of the postal reciept as proof of purchase.

Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from our email to you confirming receipt and validation.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.

For faulty items, return postal charges will be reimbursed with proof of purchase.
